Life in the district happens along the water. Creek Beach is a 700-metre lagoon beach with calm, lifeguarded swimming — better for small children than the open sea. The marina promenade strings together cafés, restaurants and weekend markets, and the Ras Al Khor sanctuary next door holds Dubai's famous flamingo flocks each winter. It adds up to a quieter, more local waterfront than the Marina — with Downtown still ten minutes away.
Stay in Downtown and you're inside the spectacle: malls, crowds and the fountain at your feet, at Downtown prices. Stay in Creek Harbour and you're facing it: the full skyline across calm water, newer buildings, a beach, and meaningfully better value per square metre — twelve minutes from the Burj when you want to be in it. For most stays longer than a weekend, we'd argue the Creek side wins. Dubai Creek Harbour sits on the upper creek in central-east Dubai, directly across the water from Downtown and beside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Ras Al Khor Road connects the district to Downtown and Business Bay in about twelve minutes and to Dubai International Airport in about fifteen, while Creek Metro station on the Green Line is one bridge away at Al Jaddaf. Inside the district everything is walkable: the marina promenade, Creek Beach and the towers form one compact waterfront neighbourhood.

Rentals only. Much of the online noise about Dubai Creek Harbour is about buying off-plan apartments — this site is not that. Each home here is a furnished holiday and monthly rental, fully managed by Deluxe Holiday Homes: you reserve for a single night, a week or a full month, and our local team looks after everything else.
All three. Whether you come for a few nights, a week or a month, the page quotes the nightly rate for your exact dates and lists the taxes apart from it. Stay a month and the nightly cost usually comes down considerably; say roughly when you'd arrive and a monthly quote will follow.
One-bedroom apartments begin at roughly AED 414 a night before taxes, and the rate climbs with floor height, size, the view and the time of year — a window onto the skyline costs more than one onto the marina. Government charges come on top — five per cent VAT, plus the Tourism Dirham that Dubai sets for each bedroom and night — and each is its own line on the quote, as is a refundable deposit where one applies.
Creek Beach is the district's 700-metre man-made lagoon beach — white sand, calm shallow water, lifeguards and skyline views. Access is tied to the Creek Beach residential buildings; if beach-at-the-doorstep is your priority, ask us for the Summer, Sunset, Surf or Rosewater units in our collection and we'll confirm current access arrangements for your dates.
Standard timings are 3:00 PM for check-in and 11:00 AM for check-out. Arriving earlier or leaving later can often be arranged — it comes down to whether the apartment is free either side of your dates, so ask when you reserve.
Everything you need is already there: the kitchen is fitted out with a hob and oven, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave and cookware; the Wi-Fi is fast and costs nothing extra; the air conditioning is on; the beds are made up with fresh linen and the towels are out; and a professional cleaner has been through before your arrival. Downstairs, the tower's resort-style pool and gym are yours to use and reception is manned 24 hours; utilities are part of the rate, not an add-on.
Yes — most of our Creek Harbour apartments include one allocated covered bay in the tower car park, and the district has visitor parking around the marina. Arriving with two cars? Say so when you enquire and we'll tell you what your particular tower can offer.
Ride-hailing (Careem/Uber) covers most trips — Downtown is about twelve minutes, DXB fifteen. Creek Metro station on the Green Line is one bridge away at Al Jaddaf for the old city and Deira, and taxis wait by the marina in the evenings. Inside the district, everything — beach, promenade, restaurants — is on foot.
The greater flamingos are at their peak from roughly October to March, when thousands winter on the mudflats beside Creek Harbour, though some birds are present year-round. The viewing hides are free, five minutes from the towers, and best visited mid-morning.
One of the best of the new districts. Creek Beach has calm, shallow, lifeguarded water; the promenade is stroller-friendly end to end; the towers are gated with 24-hour security; and Festival City Mall with its cinema and IMAGINE show is ten minutes away. Our 2 and 3-bedroom units fit families comfortably.
About fifteen minutes: Dubai International (DXB) is roughly 13 km up Ras Al Khor Road, making Creek Harbour one of the closest waterfront districts to the airport — useful for late arrivals and early departures. Al Maktoum (DWC), on the far side of the city, is around 50 minutes away.
October to April is the sweet spot — warm days, cool waterfront evenings, the flamingos in residence next door and the beach at its best. May to September is hot but excellent value: the pools and malls carry the daytime, and the promenade comes alive after sunset.
Yes — a private car can collect you from the airport or take you back, sedan or van, and the driver follows your flight's timing. With DXB only fifteen minutes away it's a short, cheap transfer — mention your flight number in the inquiry and we'll quote it up front.
Payment goes straight to Deluxe Holiday Homes, with no outside platform charging a fee on top. Some apartments ask for a security deposit, which is refundable and comes back to you after check-out provided the home is left as it was found. If one applies, the figure for your dates appears before you confirm anything.
